Do I have to pay an ongoing fees?
Our starting package with three web pages is just £400 + VAT, this includes free hosting and a UK domain for the first year. After the first 12 months your web hosting will cost £60 + VAT per year for as long as you want to keep your site online. This includes your email accounts and the renewal of your UK domain name.
What are the PeeZee payment terms?
Payment for your starter PeeZee site of £400 + VAT is payable upfront, and we can't start work on your website until we receive it. Any additional charges for extra pages and features will be billed after the website is complete. Your annual charge (after the first 12 months) will be due on the date your site was launched. When will my PeeZee website be ready?
Once we receive your payment and content, a standard PeeZee site can be available in just 5 working days. If you already have your own domain name and it needs to be transferred then it can take longer and is dependent on your current provider (if you have one). If your PeeZee site includes any of our extra features then the time required to complete may be longer.
What happens when I order a new PeeZee website?
When you are happy you would like to go ahead with your PeeZee website, we will confirm what we need from you over the phone and issue an invoice for payment. Read more about the PeeZee process.
Help! I dont have text and images for my website?
Don't panic. We have included a FREE writing text guide on our website that will give guidance when writing your content for each page. We can, of course, write the text for you. We can also source copyright-free images to give a professional look to your finished site. Please view our prices for information about these additional services.
What if I don't like my PeeZee site?
By using predefined templates you will have clear idea of style of site you are ordering, we also work closely with you to enssure the site meets your expectations. You will have input on colour and design, and you will provide the content and images for the website so you can influence the end result. However, once work has started to build your PeeZee website your payment is non refundable.
How will it fare on the search engines?
PeeZee websites are optimised for search engines so that there is a much better chance of it when someone searches. Read our page why PeeZee is good for search engines.
How will I know if people are using my website?
One of the extra services PeeZee offer is the option to add Google Analytics to your website for £50+VAT. We will issue you with your own unique login that will provide detailed information about how many people are visiting the site, where they are coming from, how long they stay and what words they used to find you.
Do you build shopping websites?
At this moment PeeZee do not offer ecommerce sites, although we can integrate your PeeZee site with Paypal for a small number of products. If this is something that you may require then please contact one of our team who can talk you through your options.
Do you offer a web hosting service?
Web hosting is free for the first year with your PeeZee website. You are required to use our hosting as long as your PeeZee website is live (at £60 + VAT per year). If you would just like web hosting, without a PeeZee website, visit dv8:media.
Will I have an email address?
Yes. Your PeeZee website has 3 email address included and these can be whatever you would like. Once your emails are up and running there are no further costs, if you require more than 3 addresses then we can add extras.
What if i want to update my PeeZee website?
No problem, email or phone us with your changes and we'll make them for you. Changes are usually made within 24 hours (unless urgent urgent), and offer a low price starting at £20 + VAT. See our prices page for more detail. Find out why we don't offer a content management system.
What if I want to move my PeeZee website to another company?
You can switch your domain to a new registrar at any time, and if we buy it on your behalf we will always register you as the owner. However, it is not possible to take your PeeZee site to another hosting provider, web designer or agency. It is not possible for you or any third party agency to access your PeeZee site to make changes, or for you to replicate the design we produce.
What support do I get?
We provide personal, expert support for as long as we host your PeeZee site. Support for technical problems and hosting is included in your yearly fee, and for development or changes to your site we charge low maintenance prices. See our prices page for more detail.
